"I have to live creatively. I don't know how to do anything else."

 

My name is Tasha, and I am the founder and sole artist behind Purple Butterfly Studios. After working in corporate settings for over two decades, I decided to start following my creative passions, and have been pursuing art as a profession since 2021.

 

My artistic style is bright and colorful, and walks the line between classic comic books, cartoons and realism. Having grown up during the "Golden Age of Animation" also known as the 1990s, I am heavily influenced by classic Disney and Warner Brothers cartoons and movies, and a variety of animated films and shows.

I have created vibrant artwork for small businesses, authors, musicians, non-profits, and for personal gifts. I have also headlined creative events, taught art classes, and have a multitude of original art and merchandise for sale.
